It does get harder to level up, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about decreased gains for high level players, and/or increased gains for low level players.

This means high level players would get a percentage-based decrease to gains per train, and/or low level players would get a percentage-based increase. This would result in fewer items and fewer clicks for players to catch up to the top dogs.

But the top dogs could still stay on top if they put in enough effort. Also, remember that as players catch up, they too will suffer the same penalty.

But, none of this is in play, not are there plans currently. I'm just outlining the system we were thinking about way back when.

How about you train like everybody else. Why do people want something for nothing from this game? Stop higher levels from getting good gains they worked to get to so others can catch up? I think not!

artix, you likely won't be affected. You're in the middle, so you would get the stat/exp/crime gains you're seeing now. It's low level players that might see an increase, or high level players that might see a decrease. However...

artix: performed 84 actions in the past week.

workdogg10: performed 11,964 actions in the past week.

No matter how much we modify gains in favor of low level players, you won't be able to keep up with top dogs with that sort of game play.

I'm not trying to tell you how to play the game, just saying that if you're not catching up, then this is probably why.

For the record, I didn't mean to single you out. If I would go back another week, you have far more actions.

But there are a lot of players that have barely played in the past month, yet they still have strong opinions about certain aspects of the game that probably won't even affect them much.

No, no. You can't take it back now, you said you wanted decreased gains!

KT, have you perhaps thought about looking at it as beginners/moderate/veterans NJ and SQ get good beginners gains, putnam, Arizona get moderate gains and veterans get the same gains as they always have because they are so experienced at the game. i'd honestly think that if you perhaps did it that way it wouldn't effect the higher levels and would still allow players to get good gains without effecting SD vets they want lower levels to level up, i dont see them complaining about this idea.

yeah exactly. you just phrased it better lol. im talking about the NJ SQ guys. maybe it will pesuade them to stay and keep playing.

and i dont mean decrease the high high big dogs gains, but maybe if theyre way up there. let there be no affect at all. idk.

and i agree with what you said worm, but a little help wouldnt do no harm.
