I think he is asking why are they worth so much. They are now rare=not availibly in wardens and they give 8% strength

as the amenities for strength are few. . it's the obvious reason that dumbbells are rare

The dumbells are one of the very first amentities in the game. I wouldnt be suprised if they are in LA
