this is what i thought that other thread was gonna be so ill just put it out there. you put a hit out on someone and can choose to pay an extra 10percent of the cash to be able to be anonymous

if you were going to attack someone, why would you keep attacking them? Doesn't make sense... attack them anyways but save your money from the hit?
