srry about that last example but schools of fish, pods of marrine mammals, or any animal that hunts, grases, migrates, or lives together(some live together for there whole life) have a simalar way they react. and its the same for us humans an employer wont keep some on on the payrole if they don't fit in with the way all the other employes act and respon or even if there personalities are the opisite
