Actually, the dealer follows the same basic rules that any decent player should. Hit on anything below 17. The dealer doesn't have any special powers, nor does the dealer affect the way the player should play his/her cards.

Or did I miss something somewhere?

EDIT: the dealer does have a certain advantage, because the player can bust before the dealer has to do anything.Regardless, playing by the previously mentioned guidelines can almost guarentee you 50-50 chance to win.

Seriously? Have you never heard of or played blackjack? It's a gambling game. You win some, you lose some. No one is forcing you to play. I swear people complaing about every goddamn thing under the sun.
