first press prt scrn on the keyboard, its like in the right hand corner, that will take a picture of the screen, than go onto paint, and paste it. Thats all you have to do, than just save it and upload it. you will need to use photbucket to upload it to and then copy and paste it from there to pb

hold down alt and hit prnt scrn to get a screen cap of the top window, hold cntrl and hit prnt scrn to get a screen cap of your whole desktop. then you can paste into paint
