you should not be able to post tread untill you a level 3 .

 level 1's and 2's can still post on threads but not make them .. leme kno what u think

now that has some merit, don 't know if it can be done technically but it would be great if it could be introduced.  If there was some kind of requirement to reach before being able to thread that might also mean someone could be disabled from being able to thread.  So someone, naming no names, who is a persistent pain in the arse but who doesn't deserve to be kicked can be prevebnted from making/contributing to posts.

maybe 1's ( and 2's?) lvl should only post on "inmate orientation" ? coz sometimes they really need help, not all of them make stupid threads

I'll give this suggestion a pat on the back. This has got to be one of the most sensible ideas in a long time if am honest. BeLikeAMonster has also thrown in a good suggestion as well. It would be so much better if new players can only post in the "Inmate Orientation" for a certain amount of days until they've got to grips with the game or as BlackDMod suggested until they're level 2 or something.
