it was, but its nuttin we could do about dat shit, dem niggaz was just bored, doin wateva dey want, but yea P, he did say suttin bout sum cop got shot up, so dey be extra carefull, den dey tried be all cool n make jokes wit us after dey just did sum bullshit, bitch ass niggaz

You know why I'm taking it to trial? Because I'm not just going to let the system go in and do whatever the fuck they want.

It's your 7th Amendment to have a trial by jury? What do you think is going to happen?

In order for all this shit to go together, Court system is going to have to pull together 60 people to downsize to 12 to find me a jury.

Then they need to get the same cop who incarcerated me to show up to the hearing, which would be a two-day trial.

By the time all that should would come together they would have wasted over 30,000 in court costs and tooken a cop off the streets for 2 days.

So what are the chances that they are actually going to pull through with this, about an even 50/50.

If they don't pull through, I get dismissed.

It's better than just bending over and letting the law fuck you over.

I've been to court numerous times for speeding and other small shit.

How many fines have I paid? 0

Why? Because I go for a trial every time and have been dismissed everytime.

Learn your rights and use them.

You're right, I know guys that should be locked up for years, but they know just tie up the court system n they get their way. This small shit isn't worth it for the states.
