illegal search and seizure is the only way u gon get outta that... which is tuff to prove when ur in a car, cuz they can always say they smelled weed or ur eyes look red and use that as "probable cause" to tear ur car up. even if it wasnt true theres not to much u can do to prove otherwise. unless u got pulled over for absolutely no reason at all, then ur lawyer might have a case.. but i say that to say i really dont think 2 ounces of weed is worth goin to trial for, ur not gonna get a jail sentence for a charge like that anyway, unless u have several prior charges. but if u take it to trial and lose, they can slap u with the maximum sentence of each one of ur charges, stacked on top of each other. lol take ur plea deal and find a betta stash spot in tha whip.
