That's because there a lot of people waiting for those DVDs...and they'll be gone in several seconds...not to mention the fact the bloody thing is completely random...I can just as well missed it completely just by typing this answer or in the interval you read this answer.

So you'll have to be extremely active and refresh that DVD page several times every minute to actually be sure you won't miss it.
