He did.. He wanted you to buy him favors.. Thats all there is to it, by being a level 6 he probably assumed you know how.

cause if thats how he wanted to do it he would have said can i buy some of ur favors from  you not can u buy me some favors

go to anyones profile and find the buy favors button. meaning u pay for them to get favors, or do u want me to draw a picture?

To bad I never got to see that picture, but some peoples logic dont kick in even with pictures... Infact I'm almost positive he means ingame money.. Thats not how you buy favors from the warden if you didnt know and somehow got respect.. And in return he will give you ingame cash.. Its not a super rare to see this thing so thats why he didnt explain it out to you..
