i think jobs should raise ur skills like a few points a day u know not just give u cash or maybe skill bonus dont have to be perment and as u get better jobs and promotions u get better skill bonus or a extra point to adding to ur skills like 1+ speed and str and def a day so its not a huge build or something like that just seems smart
