for some reason when i spy on people it shows me a empty cell, i noticed it when the spy logs got deleted, i was told to delete browser history, i did that but it didnt work, what else can i do?

if you're in firefox when you go to tools>clear recent history, click the down arrow and make sure "cache" is selected.

I dont know if theres a problem but Ive spied on people and they didnt have anything in their cell. It was mostly people who havent been on in awhile, I figured they sold it off. They also may have just cleared it to reconfigure their cell.
