Maybe this could be changed,mugging loseing sence once when you come to Arizona.

There are no reason to people collect money,its same if you buy NRG drinks now or later...

This can be suggestion maybe:

If you buy  more items(150 in Arz,100 in Putnam,50 in NJ) in one time,price can be smaller.

That will make some players to think about collecting money,then to buy items...becouse price will be smaller

And bring some more mugging fun
