Its not lol. Will be some sort of card issue.. if payment doesn't go through or something means auto-ban for everyone that had things bought for them with that card.

Mufasa has explained it plenty of times..
Lots of players been banned like that too. Just a few weeks ago I was in permanent isolation for a bit because of it.
Then was granted freedom once the problem was fixed.. so hopefully they won't be banned for too long
