im a simple large chocolate bar seller simply selling large chocolate bars minding my own business but i keep getting mugged by a player who is level 8 and still in new jersey. how do i snitch (report) on them?

its not a bug. they lvled up today and trained thro lvl 7 they will have to move to putnam by midnight
