I noticed that you can't see what the level requirement are on the items (weapons/armor) in the open market.

I think it is good that we can see what the level requirement are.

Else some1 may spend 10k on a Shield and not being able to use it.

has been discussed, may be added, but as it stands, usually when you hit the market you know what you're looking for, which usually means you know what it costs in the store and what the requirements are

Hmm thought it was specially needed for NJ prison as higher lvl weapons and armor cant be checked there. but valid point

if it's something from a higher prison chances are someone brought it back, in which case if you're a low level you KNOW you can't use it
