I think after level 14 every time you level up you should be rewarded a anem or some sort of item or perhaps cash

you get better gains, more money from crimes, bigger max deposit in the bank

that should be reward enough.

I believe the rewards are higher energy stamina and that what more could you ask for!

There are many ways to acquire items in this game. Getting them for free is never good. It just creates inflation.

You get to go to higher level prisons where you get better returns from digging, higher payouts from crimes, better training gains, and higher prisons always see new features before anyone else.. You also unlock the ability to equip more items, and you get higher stats thus making percentage-boosting amenities more valuable.

I haven't even covered all of the rewards for leveling up. How is that tiny?
