I have checked from top to bottom of the watch list only found out that blood amulet's require a vamp sword and that moon amulets require a werewolf axe I have asked everywhere except the fourmthread where in the hell do I find a vamp sword or werewolf axe?

You can no longer just find them, they was apart of a Halloween event. If you need one now you will have to find someone willing to sell one. Each sword/axe have different levels to them depending on how far the person leveled it up in the event
