Just a thought

I've come with an Idea to make sure there is a winner, and that we can increase the pot in time.

So, the winner is the guy who guesses the exact date, or is closest to it. And about the other rules, how about this:

End: the moment the new prison is operational...duhh...such a brainer

About max date...you can chose even the 31 of December if it floats your boat...it's your EDs

You can't chose another date until the first you chose has passed and is a no win.(you'll have to pay another 10 EDs to pick another date...so the pot can increase)

What do you think?

And if the guys from NJ want so bad to get a ticket here, they can send Swiss 40K(he should be online when doing so)...so he can buy 10 EDs from the market and add them to the pot...

you can pick any date, yes you can pick dec 31st, i just did not want to be writing in the hole calender year! and yes anyone in this prison is welcome, they can send me cash and yes i have enough ed's to cover them! good idea about the guys from jersey!

i m wondering why we are having a lottery bcoz from the last year were were hoping for a new prison and still nothing out so my question eas there any hint or just i was wild thing
