I spent 25. That's what happens. Lesson learned right? This week I put in 1.

EDIT: Oh and the winner is a very active player. It's better than a level 1 that hasn't logged in, in 4 days winning it like it used to be.

I think the lotto for south dekota shud only be given to those in south dekota, to many dead acounts winning it
