see - I told ya I won...

I think the lottery has certainly picked up since the level 1's have been kicked out of it - now then... what if all of NJ was kicked off - that would be a hell of an incentive to level up.

With the new jails I couldnt agree more. Lets move the lottery up to San Quentin and beyond only.
