Neither nick or i have had amens taken... we are commenting on the high rate...

it would be fine if it was actually the 5-7% chance rate thats its supposed to be, but its easily closer to 20%+.

just thought of this 1,how bout like when the warden confiscates your dvd's..eventually u get your raided amen back..not quick either,like a week or 2.not sure how this could be done..but the risk of losin a toilet or ghog for a couple weeks would still keep ppl on their toes...somehow the amen would have to be labeled "stolen" so it couldnt be sold by the raider....just a suggestion in the suggestion thread:)

I'm honestly not even going to read this, but I'm surprised it took this long for someone to complain.

Either lower the %/tweak it.....

OR to disbable the real true threat: team raiding.

if youve got a team of 10 (which isnt hard to get considering even enemies are willing to team up to raid someone..) - you can easily raid a cell 1 time every 60 seconds if the team is organized.

So, if a persons cell has been popped once:

1) even if the victims combo has been reset, there is still a mandatory 30 min cooldown for the raider.

or

2) if a victim has been raided, theres a X-minutes cooldown for his cell no matter who the raider is, whether hes a new one or the one who actual raider who popped/attempted to pop the cell
