there should be a prisonblock gangs page where players can create gangs if their in putnam - south dakota for 3mill "the reason for paying 3mill is cause if u ant makin millions then u shouldnt be a gang leader" and if u click on a gang it shows u all their members and who the boss is and the boss can customize a section of this page for requirements to join put the logo on it ect, with the gangs in order of their power, the power of a gang should come from how much the gangs are worth in cash,items and amens or the gang added togeather for a total , also the boss should have features to rank mesmbers create ranks, accept members, kick members and decline as well as set a price for leaving the gang and a gang bank  where u can store cash amens ect and members can donate cash items and other stuff to it.. only accessable by the gang boss and 2 highest ranking men and spread cash throughout the gang and stuff like that and maby even an option to raid a gangs bank which shd have a long ass combo. it would take alot of work but i think it would make a good addition to the game over time.
