Good way to pay people to help you is to give them some of the action. I'n other words give them some of the ownership to help you. This keeps your cost low and gives them some skin in the game.

To be honest i would probably play the shit out of that game if it got finished as long as its mobile friendly and making an app would get you alot more app revenue fuck the college education youd be a millionaire if the game got out there lol
