after the riot shield armour which is for level or 6 the next armour is the breastplate which is i think level 8. we need more armour preferably two for each level so there a 50/50 chance that if your battling a same level inmate you might have differrent weopons and armour to the. for level 6 you get to choose between two weopons but one armour. why?

simple: much focus was put elsewhere (amenities etc). Weapons and Armor updates will come, not a priority at the moment. Use amenities to better augment your stats.

I agree. Weapons and armors can make a small difference but if you have a better cell setup that wont matter.

The clean toilets were part  of a christmas event, only a few players have them. They might be available at the warden in the future though, no one knows.

Id have to agree the cleam toilets are like Gold dust infact probally harder to find than gold dust. As Jagan ThyWhiskyman said players do have them but there is a very small chance they will ever give these up. I managed to get 3 of these and would never sell them not for a million $ as there is nothing to replace them with that takes the same space 1 Square but you can use 2 groundhogs but your using double the space for the same +10 nrg. i agree that we should have 2 weapons and 1 armour. i think we need a melle weapon which is a knife or something that cut. and second weapon like something that shoot.

Man,r u crazy..?? both of ur said weapon is combined an united as a "Razorblade" which gves +15% str and +15%speed.

Lvl up a bit to know.
