looking for comments about it..can it be dis-abled legally w/in pb rules,does it pop up everytime you use an item,sometimes i hit it (the popup)and the block for "amount to use" doesnt even show up,has it speeded the game up or slowed it down?has it run smoothly and sped up game on some?..sorry if this post is repetitive to some,but wanted more input then what i've seen on wardens office,inmate orientation threads(and didnt want to piss of mu by putting it in wardens office).to me,it seems liked it's slowed down training and screwed up my vision by constantly having to see screen shift for popup..jmho.

Well its supposed to be possible to disable it through the web browsers settings, and I doubt its against the game rules since its simply an option.. but then again after all these things thats been going on lately i rather not touch anything for now..

and yeah I agree, the "speed" the server/site was supposed to gain has been lost thanks to these limits/popups..

fwiw,just got on cellphone for 1st time since change inception.(digging outta 3 ft. of snow yesterday)..would say change on cellphone is an improvement..quantity screen pops up in the middle,easy entry and no fat finger stumbling around using 4 sws and 2 eds...makes cellphone play easier:)

I can't imagine it being against the rules to disable it, modern browsers generally block or give the option to block prompts (especially repetitive ones), I was using IE 9, and it didn't even show the prompt.

Has anyone managed to disable the pop-ups on Chrome?

It takes 4 clicks to find exactly that setting and even though mines disabled its showing up..

exactly. regarding "speed" being lost by this? Really? It's about server load, now how quickly YOU can level. I've already posted graphs showing the load dropping and throughput increasing on the server since the change. The fact that you can no longer mass-click and complete all your actions quickly is honestly not something that concerns us. You'll all find new ways to be lazy I'm sure.

just so i know(bcause it definately could b operator error lol)..are people having to click the allow pop up header EVERY time the go to use a water/ed and then they go to the amount to use box..it seams if u only had to click the "allow popup"header once per log on and were immediately prompted to amount to use box when hitting water/ed then that wouldnt be bad at all...sorry,not that tech savy,just seein how everyone is navigating the new way:)

Nope no allow thingy, im guessing youre on the antique internet explorer web browser?

id recommend mozilla firefox or google chrome
