Yup, either he ratted or he is full of shit. Personally, I think he is full of shit. Cause even if someone rats, the DA don't give 2 squirts of piss, if you're guilty, they will still stick ya with an actual sentence. If he would have said 3 or 4 years for all of that and out in half the time for good behavior even on a roll over deal I would have "maybe" believed him.
