i noticed that there are npc enimies but exactly how do i find them im in new jersey

They are only there when they are events , they arent permanent . When there was the circus , it was lion attacks and banshees . When it was thanksgiving it was birds .. but you wont find any now . maybe at christmas ....

Non-Player Character..... they are like the Banshees in the circus event.

banshees randomly appear at nights 11-12pm to attack and mug players who aint baws.. thats the life on the block
