option items on watchlist your prison or all prisons

i can see how people in lower prisons need to see items listed in different prisons..but in sd when u cant go anywhere can we have the option to not see all the items listed in the lower prison that we cant buy anyway

I always think the same thing especially when I dont know who the person is and go to click and it says the invalid or in different prison thing
