hit CTRL+ALT+DEL click on task manager then click on PROCCESS TAB close everything besides explorer and your major processes tell me what r ur major processes eat up the most memory n ill tell u if u can shut them down or not in the bottom there a CPU usage tell if thats higher than 50% if it is u got some programs and shit u downloaded eat up ur mem and CPU Speed

Well, he said he's not that computer literate, I think having him going into task manager and deleting processes left and right would only make things worse. It's probably just a lag spike, nothing worse, give it some time and it'll go away.

THATS i told him to tell me wich ones r hoggin up his mem wont do nething but help shuttin down BS services that dont need to run if i real wanted to fuck em up i would have told him to goto RUN_MSCONFIG n permitaly shut some services down so they dont load at startup usually half the problem if u let other peeps use ur computer n they download random shit just slows it to shit most peeps think they gotta virus or sum shit but it most likely usless services running in the backround

Or you could just tell him to delete Win32, or tell him the only way to fix his computer is to run a magnet over his hard drive.
