would it be possible to make the picnic basket be used in the cell on its own and still let it take a napkin or tp if you have them in there?

The Picnic Basket still gives out goodies.
Just a heads up:
We did remove item rewards from a couple of amenities due to various issues. Items affected by this should have "Expired" somewhere in the description/effect.
