council gritter sniped an amenity i was sending to a gang member. He was willing to give it back, but as a level 1, i couldn't buy it off the market. I had been chatting with a low level for a couple days and he seemed trustworthy. So i sent him the money to get the amenity back. He bought it, transported it to SQ, sold it to me and i then gave him a gift. So that's how TheHustle came to have that money. As for Gritter, he sure knows a lot about the game, but meh its not my job to judge.
