So far i know, the training at NJ outcome is better then training at az or putnam, so definately outcome is Stronger Inmate, also yesterday, he wa with me, now i can't imagine what his stats would be, so again much much stronger!!

what exactly is power training?

Well when you level in a prison, that can't hold your level (for example level 7 must go to Putnam) you have 24 hours before the site transfers you there, so you have 24 hours to train your ass off.. read above if you want to know how it helps your overall stats.

power traing is using eds and waters to replenish your nrg and stamina continously so you can gain thousand before you have to stop (overdose)...

Either way though, atleast he's putting in the effort and actually training his ass off ... I've seen so many that don't even put in half the effort to train as most people.

Well you're in Putnam you can always power train there to AZ never too late

AZ members better be stocking up on items to get a good chance in the next prison
