Wouldn't lvl 18 to 19 more than cover the 6 to 11 gap of the 6-16 record? I mean speaking just exp/stat wise

Yeah and he did that shit with the new low ass gains and got nice stats to show for it! I PT'd in Az with the good gains on cc's when it was the highest jail from 11-19 took me 3 months and a lot of cash in AZ! JC smoked all these fools sorry! Even 91116! and he did it in a 7x7 cell If il would talked to him earlier Ild of told him to move to Az to expand his cell an maximize half way thru!
