The old post on this thread are hilarious.

But there are different eras power training. Some power trained before the training output changes and before the bigger cells. But there's more & better amend that didn't exist before. There's also another "power training" thread with more info on power training.

very true..... thing is you cant compare this shit back to when i powertrained 1+ year ago, i did 6 - 15 thorugh almost 20 hours of powertraining, it was the old gains and we didnt have these crazy dvds like phoenix, transfrormers, hornet / harrypotters etc etc..

but dont worry sunnymoon, your dupe ass wont make it in SD anyway

I went from lvl 8 to lvl 16 (at I think %91 exp).

Lvl 18 was possible then. I could have made it. I think I have the pb record from Putnam (before game changes).
