ok your level 1and you need to train and save your money. start buying and selling amens etc. then become a runner. and you wont have any problems with prices on items

start off making small amounts of money, $50 here $100 there. Eventually your money should start to grow exponentially

Forgot to mention, im not liking the sky high prices but i do like the rareness amenities has. Making people work even harder to get shit. Makes the game 10 times more interesting.
