there could be some type of perk travel pass for ppl that have passed lvl 6. it would give a player unlimited travel between prisons for an 1hr or day, without 4 hr waiting periods. or they could buy items from any prisons marketplace without being at the prison. it could be added to lottery or a perk u can buy. i haven't really figured that part out but i know ppl will add there ideas!!
