noticed a couple of things on the market recently, american flag for example for sale for 1,250,000 which gives a poor 1% hp + 1 nerve....is this a serious price for such a poor stat increase?

agreed. wacky brits. but yeh why waste 10% listing price on something if everyone gunna realise the amenity sucks balls as far as stat increases goes?
