hmmm we have a wide range of most wanted list options... the main one that appears first is based on a person's experience... the others are all self explanatory... it is often the case that a person can beat someone several above them in experience...

It has been an interesting phenomenon to watch the shift from caring about how strong you were for your level to a more relaxed attitude held by many as they view the increase in gains when training to be advantageous... still others again perfer to have a lower pay out rate.... the impact though is... that the most wanted list, based on exp doesn't a persons 'might' so to speak... not to be offensive or anything but bluesky at level 31 may not have any better stats than someone several levels lower... depending of course on how he gained those stats...

Because of this i have always been supportive of the above idea... as i believe that it give players an idea of what they need to be doing to be able to beat a rival... or at least have a better chance... and also it doesn't give a false illusion of who is tough... previously mumu talked about having high stats don't make you tough... but if a person was able to glance across the variety of "top 25 lists" a greater context is formed... as to who you don't wanna mess with

EDIT: OMG sorry for the damn novel **dies**

its not always based on the exact amount of experience, i was at 99% exp of level 8, a guy who was 53% was on the most wanted, i wasnt... this was in putnam

Miraculously, you manage to catch Whispario off-guard and snatch $5,253 from him You catch gabots, and manage to take $9,315 in cash from him. You earn 113306 EXP!
