Not true. It will basically be Most Wanted but sortable by who is the strongest, who is the fastest etc.

I assume it would just be ordered by the highest average stat. This wouldn't really give you much info on their stats other than "does this guy suck or not?" I mean, someone with 2000str / 500def / 500spd would have the same "rank" and someone with 500str / 2000def / 500spd. In this case, the spy feature is still useful.
