I thought they where two different people but in the same gang. Ghost would write in complete sentences and use US slang. Scare would abrevate everything and use British Slang. But then again I thought I saw multiple high levels in the yard until I checked the ID and saw they were mimics (people disguised as high levels so I'd skip pass them without mugging). I'm not a Dupe of the other "Skinheads or Skin". If a Skinhead Billy signs on tell him it sounds wrong off the tongue. Skin Billy or Billy Skin work slightly better but it's better not to use a younger version of William. Adding Club sort of works but in that case I would use the street name Billy Club instead and drop the Skinhead Prefix. Although I did meet a Skinhead Billy Club once I had a hard time not laughing in his face, until he brought out the Billy Club then it made sense.
