his first BAN was primarily because of that yes, but he pulled a lot of the same stunts then too. Not too long ago he also got iso'd for a long time then swore off the forums. It always comes down to him doing shady shit and manipulating people and situations behind the scenes, then acting like the innocent victim in public ("a white man being held down by a nigger mad he was a slave child" to paraphrase himself).

Not many people get to rejoin after multiple bans. Not many people get as many (personal and direct) warnings as he did. You can only play the "lovable old drunk that doesn't mean it" card but so many times.

I have no doubt that you gave him a fair chance.
