lower levels need to HUSTLE its hard u cant crime so much w/o being super weak gotta hope u got some breaks get a few good amens u can sell, save on favors, all these "higher levels" who use low levels are punks send u 100k or whatever n have u do their dirty work when 100k takes 16 seconds to crime up here.
