when u mug som1 u gotta catch em u gotta catch em if they run from a fight to be sortta like when som1 catches u off guard and mugs u when they spd lower but instead maybe if the percentage depending on bolth spds sometimes says u tried to beat the shit out of xxxxxx but they got away spd if an important to train but ppl so concerced bout loseing fights u have lvl1 that can beat the shit out 25s with a bitch ass thor dvd and this can occur in group holiday gatherings just every once in a whilwe does make it more realistic u got catch a mother fucker to beat the shit out of em also fuck off grammer nazis

DemOlitionI believe theres already a random % factor involved in that, if not that theres always the stamina part... so technically what this guy is suggesting pretty much exists already.

TheDoctorhe's requesting that when someone tries to attack you, you have a chance to run away so there is no fight at all (they can't catch you because your speed is higher). not to increase the randomness on mugging.
