Ya your screwed. I have been smoking for a long time too and don't think I could quit and have never tried. These guys are right weeds the way to go. First time I smoked pot I loved the shit but first time I smoked a cigarette I thought it was the worst thing ever. That should have told me right there lol

ive tried a couple times and failed everytime.....when i was locked up i didnt smoke but the dsecond i steped out my biy gave me a cig and i slowy picked em back up

they have these new 'electronic' cig...they also have filters and patches...best way is cold turkey though...its a mind set......have to wake up to no ashtray, lighter or cigg's in sight..when u think about having one..quickly put ur mind on something else cuz-hey-cigg's arent availible. people stuck in jail cant smoke.....look up pictures on internet of cancer..what ur lungs look like

yes i smoke, was sick last weekend and have had about 10 cig between monday night and now

they (whoever 'they' are) say quitting smoking is harder then kicking herion...i dont know, never did herion

Lol this may backfire if it got you some kind of high though cause you will be coming back for more I'm guessing some chemical in cigarettes at its purest form would.
