Heh, y'know, if there wasn't the level limits between the prisons I'm pretty sure that he's one of those people the higher levels would dedicate days by just going back there and beating down on them till boredom kicks in.

Cos we can't move back to NJ&Putnam, the hit list makes a good sum of money from higher levels being vexed by one of many reasons, thanks to the newer lower levels coming along and either spamming like a r'tard or begging like a r'tard.

Plus it's helping out all the lower level players by pumping money into their prison's economy, you should be thankful! Spy down the hitlist yourself (in between all that infirmary time with the gay male nurse) and take advantage of the high pay out bounties available to yourself due to all the other r'tards putting themselves on it.
