i mean, they're away. they don't need their money and items anymore. i have one dude in mind, who's banned and gets some millions everyday just trough his bank account. it would be great to raid his cell or to mug him

Great point.  There are definitely some guys who have millions of items in their cell.  Also, ALOT of money..that they're never going to be able to use again
