...its not a bad place Howie, actually no state tax, cheap cost of living...but or court system bout ass backwards, & isnt a whole lot of work....but mickey mouse makes it so magical
cant knock the beaches though...luv me a fla summer, when chicks wear damn near nuthin = great scenery
i dont mind florida...i hate the fact the i live in new york and our federal taxes get sent to u guys and u wont even have a state tax but we can argue about that another day...but like 2,3 and 4 years ago i was visiting my ex in w palm beach once or twice a month to pick a few scrips so i could pay my tuition here until u guys fucked that up for me...and i hate the really warm weather im from buffalo so im not used to it lol
but this trial is going to be something...if he can find a good lawyer whos not afraid of the backlash he should be able to beat the case with so much circumstantial evidence
The unlawful killing of a human being, when perpetrated by any act imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual, is murder in the second degree and constitutes a felony of the first degree, punishable by imprisonment for a term of years not exceeding life or as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
But they did a good job of getting this right i thought they would try and give him something they would never be able to stick him for
Yeah Im glad they took their time after they new they were gonna charge him and made sure they had all their ducks in a row and then pressing the right charges off the evidence they have. I think they should've hit him with manslaughter also as a back up.

yah we the pill mill capital of the world, they crackn down on pharmacies now, but still easy as hell 2 get scrips...not even gonna touch the tax issue
i'm not far from u right now, i'm outside of rochester & i'll take the warm weather anyday compared 2 ya'lls weather, came up here bout 2weeks ago, was in the upper 80's when in left fla, got here was in the 40's
i'm a tropical person ya'lls spring sucks........this trial is going 2 be very interesting, hopefully justice is served, but i'm not holdn my breath! like u said evidence is circumstancial, from wut i've heard no eye witnesses, he could very easily walk or plea down 2 manslaughter.
