Is there a way to buy favors for someone else in another country without using paypal??

dao pay does not work for some reason. i call the 1-900 number and it says i have reached a number that is no longer in service.   I've tried search other threads but i couldn't really find anything that helps me.  if i haven't gone back far enough then I apologize. but could really use help or suggestions.

I don't have a credit or debit card, which why i can't use paypal.

Paypal only, be glad the other one didn't work for you, you woulda just bought it for yourself. Read what it says
